Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex OutSystems applications using established best practices.
- Lead development teams from requirements analysis through deployment.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and team members on OutSystems development practices.
- Evaluate new OutSystems features and technologies to improve functionality and user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and secure coding practices.
- Manage integrations with external services and systems.
- Provide technical leadership in Agile/Scrum meetings and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Familiarity with OutSystems 11 and ODC.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relational databases.
- Understanding of .NET for custom code within OutSystems.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, high-availability applications.
- Knowledge of security and secure coding practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, written communication, verbal communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with clients.
- OutSystems Associate or Professional certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
