Responsibilities
- Lead the full development cycle for engineering solutions.
- Take shared ownership of system stability, observability, and resource usage.
- Contribute to technical decisions on deployment safety and application monitoring.
- Participate in and lead incident response efforts.
- Translate loosely-defined business problems into concrete technical proposals.
- Break down solutions into shippable increments.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in navigating ambiguous problem spaces.
- Ability to make tradeoffs between shipping speed and code quality.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and incident management.
- Familiarity with Scala or another JVM language.
