Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Optimize data pipelines and software solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Serve as an SME, manage team performance, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align software development with business objectives.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices and code-quality standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in PySpark.
- Strong experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of data-processing applications.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
