Responsibilities
- Improve tooling and software for the Crunchtime Suite, including Web UI and APIs.
- Contribute to design and development decisions across the Suite.
- Work within a self-managing system using Sociocracy.
- Engage with stakeholders to evolve processes and optimize customer value.
- Maximize throughput and minimize risk using DevOps best practices.
- Maintain high transparency and effective communication using tools like Jira and Slack.
