Responsibilities
- Lead client discussions to understand needs, scope integrations, manage expectations, and maintain client relationships.
- Explore clients’ CRMs, data models, workflows, and internal systems to identify friction points and improve integration robustness.
- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions connecting client systems with the Anduin platform.
- Implement subscription form digitization logic in collaboration with Digitization Consultants, Specialists, and QA Engineers.
- Identify repeatable solution patterns and drive their generalization into platform capabilities.
- Build internal AI-powered tools to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams across US and Vietnam offices and communicate client insights to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in regular business-hours client and US-team engagement, with evening collaboration with Vietnam teams when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience and a record of independently owning and shipping production systems.
- Hands-on experience with multiple integration domains, including database management systems, SFTP, SMTP, and enterprise SSO.
- Prior client-facing experience leading solution discussions, translating technical concepts, and troubleshooting issues professionally.
- Strong product sense and the ability to evaluate trade-offs and identify client problems suitable for generalization.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills across engineering, product, customer, and international stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred experience with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or internal automation.
- Preferred background in fintech, private markets, or enterprise SaaS.
- Preferred experience with document digitization, OCR, or subscription form processing workflows.
- Prior experience in an FDE, solutions engineering, implementation, or consulting role is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in Vietnam or similar offshore environments is preferred.
