Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and execution for named enterprise customers.
- Own technical account plans aligned with customer roadmaps and Red Hat go-to-market priorities.
- Architect and deliver customized, scalable solutions for complex business and technical challenges across hybrid cloud environments.
- Coordinate product specialists, consulting, support, partner architects, and field engineers to drive adoption and customer success.
- Identify opportunities, remove technical blockers, and position Red Hat as a strategic innovation partner.
- Lead technical workshops, RHUGs, community events, proof-of-concepts, and joint innovation initiatives.
- Coach and develop junior architects and partner engineers.
Requirements
- Deep enterprise IT expertise and executive-level customer presence.
- Experience designing and delivering solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical ecosystems and develop technical enablement plans.
- Ability to facilitate technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and customer or partner innovation initiatives.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide technical expertise through sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Ability to mentor junior architects and partner engineers.
