Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build fleet-scale pipelines to convert onboard signals into actionable investigations.
- Develop automated triage and correlation systems to manage issues effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve instrumentation and signal quality.
- Create internal tools to enhance situational awareness and reduce duplicate efforts.
- Lead reliability investigations to identify factors and implement engineering changes.
Requirements
- Experience in writing and shipping production software with a focus on real-world behavior.
- Ability to build and maintain tools and automation using Python, Go, Bash, or C++.
- Strong debugging skills across the stack, including live troubleshooting.
- Interest in reliability engineering and making complex systems more resilient.
