Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and programmatic capabilities.
- Develop and maintain secure, high-performance Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Lead code quality, technical best practices, documentation, testing, release deployments, and production support.
- Guide junior developers and partner with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders on requirements and technical solutions.
- Develop unit tests, participate in integration testing and UAT, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce incidents and production issues.
- Research Salesforce features and third-party applications and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications.
- Experience designing Salesforce development projects, integrating Salesforce with external systems, troubleshooting production issues, and working with CRM software and relational database design.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management software and knowledge of the full sales cycle and incident and problem management.
- Strong Salesforce expertise across Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AppExchange, and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification, Sales Cloud Consultant credential, Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification, healthcare or clinical development experience, Agentforce and Data Cloud knowledge, Einstein Analytics configuration, YAML experience, and Git or Azure DevOps implementation experience.
