Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and HTTP APIs using Go.
- Implement integrations with internal and external systems and SOAP services through WSDL contracts.
- Design solutions using hexagonal architecture and microservices-based architectures.
- Manage data persistence and access with SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Containerize and deploy services with Docker and collaborate on Kubernetes operations.
- Ensure integration quality through unit, integration, and contract testing while applying security, observability, and performance best practices.
Requirements
- Strong Go development skills for backend services and APIs.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining HTTP APIs.
- Experience integrating SOAP services through WSDL contracts.
- Knowledge of hexagonal architecture and microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Docker.
- Preferred: Spec-Driven Development and contract-first API design experience.
- Preferred: Experience with Apache Kafka or other distributed messaging platforms.
- Preferred: Experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Kong, other API gateways, and ESB platforms.
