Responsibilities

Drive development projects for regulatory reports built on the Axiom platform.
Translate system, functional, and business requirements into technical implementations and functional specification documentation.
Ensure adherence to code, security, performance, and archival standards.
Participate in reviews and meetings, provide project updates, and manage delivery risks and issues.
Ensure production stability and timely stakeholder communication.
Drive and review technical and architectural designs, enforce architectural guidelines, and challenge existing approaches.
Collaborate with finance, reporting departments, business change engineers, and project managers to deliver IT projects on time and to required quality standards.
Support the Application Owner with Axiom platform management.

Minimum 10 years of development experience in regulatory reporting tools.
Minimum 8 years of Axiom development experience with hands-on development and design expertise in Axiom or equivalent regulatory reporting products.
Comprehensive understanding of HKMA requirements, including MA(BS)1, and MAS reports, including MAS 610 and MAS 649.
Proven experience leading and managing system or software development project delivery in a structured environment.
Experience with architecture and implementation-level software design.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall development approaches.
Higher education in Computer Science from a university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent diploma.
Experience with Axiom Controller View, Axiom components, XBRL taxonomies, normalized and denormalized database schema design, data modeling, common models, and performance optimization.
Exposure to core banking systems, balance sheet, accounting, and other BI or reporting tools.
Knowledge of Temenos T24 is advantageous.
Exposure to cloud technologies and Axiom's cloud offering is preferred.
Experience with Jasper and Tableau is preferred.
