Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
  • Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, business process flows, web resources, custom APIs, and client-side extensions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, relationships, business rules, security roles, teams, and field-level security.
  • Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions.
  • Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
  • Perform technical analysis, solution design, estimation, impact assessment, and technical documentation.
  • Provide L2/L3 application support for incidents, service requests, production defects, performance issues, and problem management.
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect resolution, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage solution packaging, environment migrations, data migration, release deployments, and post-production validation.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated deployments, and ALM practices using Azure DevOps, Git, and Power Platform Pipelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce security, maintainability, performance, scalability, and reusability standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, testers, project managers, support teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates and recommend technical enhancements.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and support experience.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules; Marketing or Field Service experience is advantageous.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics 365 SDK, plugins, custom workflow activities, web resources, Custom APIs, and Dynamics 365 Web API.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, model-driven applications, Power Apps, Power Automate, business process flows, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 security models, including business units, security roles, teams, access teams, hierarchy security, and field-level security.
  • Hands-on integration experience with REST APIs, OData, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Service Bus, and enterprise middleware.
  • Experience with FetchXML, SQL Server, data migration, data import/export, data reconciliation, and integration error handling.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, environment variables, and deployment automation.
  • Understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, secure coding, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Experience in AMS environments, including incident, problem, change, release, SLA, and continuous improvement management.
  • Ability to create technical specifications, solution design documents, deployment guides, support documentation, and knowledge base articles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience includes Power Pages, Canvas Apps, custom connectors, PCF controls, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, SSIS, KingswaySoft, XrmToolBox, Plugin Registration Tool, Ribbon Workbench, Configuration Migration Tool, and enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure are highly desirable.
