Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in life sciences projects to design and deploy systems
- Configure and implement cloud solutions
- Lead requirements workshops involving design, prototyping, configuration, and solution development
- Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systems
- Technical aptitude to understand business requirements and create corresponding solution designs
- Proven customer leadership and ability to foster a collaborative team environment
- Experience with stakeholder management, critical thinking, and complex technical communications across varied audiences
- Determination to support client success through solution implementation
- Ability to travel for customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50%, typically around 25%
