Responsibilities
- Own the AppSec roadmap for DevSecOps and security controls.
- Partner with technology product management to improve usability, quality, and technical debt reduction.
- Build relationships with application development executives and vendors.
- Drive AI adoption and establish security guardrails for agents, MCP, and code-generation tools.
- Track KPIs, manage costs, measure ROI, and reduce unit delivery costs.
- Prototype features, educate developers, and strengthen the AppSec learning culture.
- Foster adoption through meetups, steering groups, and user communities.
- Own end-to-end release planning, documentation, and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of AppSec Engineering experience with GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, Snyk, and Aqua.
- Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Full-stack development experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience delivering APIs and working with data management and/or business analytics.
- Experience with Agile product management in technology environments.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and LangChain.
- Understanding of AI-driven operational efficiency, CI/CD enhancement, and models/MCP servers.
- DevOps proficiency with Git, Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences, with a collaborative and user-focused approach.
- Preferred experience with Elastic, ELK, Azure Databricks, RAG-based applications, agentic AI workflows, or LLM/GenAI research.
