Responsibilities

Develop, document, and promote reference products for the company’s SaaS platform.
Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, React, databases, and modern architectural patterns.
Collaborate with stream-aligned teams and team leads in a distributed international environment.
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
Drive projects independently and advocate for AI-assisted, outcome-focused software development practices.

7+ years of professional experience delivering production software, backed by a Computer Science degree or equivalent foundation.
Strong C# and ASP.NET skills with full-stack experience across MVC patterns, ORM frameworks, relational databases, and non-relational databases.
Proficiency with React and understanding of frontend-backend interaction in scalable applications.
Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with DDD, SOA, and microservices and the judgment to apply them appropriately.
Fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
Experience mentoring engineers and improving team-wide technical quality.
Preferred: capital-markets or derivatives experience; CQRS, Event Sourcing, or event-driven architecture experience; Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CDK, or Terraform experience; and familiarity with Blazor.

$110k-$150k CAD expected base salary, plus discretionary bonus and equity compensation.
23 days of paid time off.
Fully remote work arrangement, with Ontario preferred and offices available in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and Manila.
