Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of frontend architecture for Native Android and iOS, Web, and React Native products.
- Develop and continuously improve native components and the React Native SDK for third-party game developers.
- Mentor lead, senior, and mid-level engineers and raise frontend engineering standards.
- Improve performance, accessibility, responsiveness, rendering, state management, bundle size, and real-time user interfaces.
- Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and tools while balancing risk, cost, and engineering velocity.
- Establish reusable patterns, common frameworks, component architecture, design systems, and cross-platform consistency.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Modern JavaScript or TypeScript experience and expertise with at least one major framework such as React, Vue, or Angular; React depth is preferred.
- Experience building and shipping consumer-facing mobile experiences through React Native, native iOS or Android, or web clients embedded in mobile game flows.
- Expertise in client-side performance engineering, rendering optimization, state management at scale, bundle size discipline, and low-latency real-time interfaces using WebSockets or event-driven updates.
- Experience with component architecture, design systems, cross-platform consistency, and distributed multi-tier backend services.
- Gaming industry experience and familiarity with game clients, engines such as Unity, or SDK integration are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
