Base Salary
$96k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, backend services, and user-facing software components.
- Participate in requirements, design, testing, deployment readiness, release support, and production support.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, DevOps, and Support teams across multiple locations.
- Improve engineering practices, automation, testability, software quality, and reliable delivery.
- Lead adoption of AI/ML practices, including risk assessment, testing, model validation, and responsible AI governance.
- Explore AI-assisted development, intelligent automation, and other emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in one or more of C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Practical exposure to model evaluation, data preparation, feature engineering, basic statistics, and machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of web application architecture, APIs, relational databases, cloud platforms, networking, scalability, queues, background processing, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes cloud services, containerization, Kubernetes or AKS, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, secure software development, AI-assisted development, intelligent automation, or regulated-industry and SaaS experience.
