Base Salary
$96k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, backend services, and user-facing software features across a cloud-based SaaS platform.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, testing, deployment readiness, release support, and production support.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, DevOps, and Support teams across multiple locations.
- Improve engineering practices, automation, testability, software quality, and reliable delivery.
- Explore AI-assisted development and intelligent automation opportunities that improve the product and team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience with strong programming fundamentals.
- Proficiency in one or more of C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Foundational knowledge of web application architecture, REST APIs, relational databases, cloud platforms, networking, scalability, queues, background processing, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to cloud services, containerization, Kubernetes or AKS, CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, secure software development, AI-assisted development, machine learning concepts, intelligent automation, or regulated industries such as fintech and capital markets.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Base salary range of $96,000–$163,000, plus potential annual bonus or commission and equity.
