Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand AI use cases and supporting business processes.
- Translate requirements into robust AI solutions integrated with client technology stacks.
- Work with cross-functional teams, architects, and engineers.
- Experiment with and test new AI tools, platforms, technologies, and techniques.
- Create comprehensive functional, performance, security, and ethical test plans for AI-based applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including at least 1 year of AI/ML testing experience.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Strong understanding of AI-system testing methodologies, including bias, performance, and security testing.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, and AI frameworks.
- Experience with AI-focused testing tools such as DeepChecks or similar tools.
- Experience with API integration and development.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
