Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, maintain, and evolve AI, GenAI, and LLM solutions.
  • Implement LLMOps practices for automation, deployment, continuous integration, and production model oversight.
  • Manage the full model lifecycle, including evaluation, deployment, performance monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and integrate language-model processing chains, RAG mechanisms, and inference services.
  • Optimize the performance, resilience, and operational efficiency of AI solutions on the data platform.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting for AI solution quality, usage, and stability.
  • Evaluate cloud models, tools, and services for the Security Office’s needs.
  • Collaborate with security, platform, data, and architecture teams on security, compliance, and governance.
  • Improve software development, automation, and operational practices for organizational AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or a related field.
  • At least six years of relevant experience.
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Expertise in software development, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning concepts, LLMs, and GenAI solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python and modern AI ecosystems.
  • Mastery of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and similar technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Databricks, MLflow, Azure Machine Learning, or other AI industrialization platforms.
  • Familiarity with RAG solutions, AI agents, chatbots, model evaluation, prompt engineering, context management, and response quality improvement.
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, vector search, knowledge bases, MLOps, and LLMOps in production environments.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into robust and actionable AI solutions.
