Base Salary
$105k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, build, test, and deliver software for the Payments platform.
- Develop scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices for high-volume payment processing.
- Build complex, type-safe React web interfaces for corporate-facing dashboards.
- Design distributed, end-to-end payment workflows with Temporal orchestration.
- Deploy and manage multi-region applications on Google Cloud Platform, including GKE, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub.
- Maintain CI and automated deployment workflows using GitHub Actions/Workflows.
- Update Docker, Helm, and Terraform configurations for containerized deployments.
- Implement application resiliency patterns using Resilience4J.
- Monitor application health and performance with New Relic and Google Cloud monitoring tools.
- Perform test automation and component testing with Selenium and Cucumber.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience designing and developing end-to-end customer-facing application components.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, microservices architecture, monorepo development models, MVC patterns, and responsive UI principles.
- Experience operating cloud-based, multi-region payments applications on Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with CI workflows, containerized deployments, automated deployment workflows, monitoring, distributed systems, and test automation.
