Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Code, test, analyze, troubleshoot, and support application software, products, and business applications.
- Build REST and SOAP web services and responsive web applications using Java and frontend technologies.
- Develop user interfaces, visual designs, and usability improvements using wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts.
- Collaborate with business, IT, development, and QA stakeholders on interface requirements and product improvements.
- Attend overnight production releases when needed and automate processes to create maintainable, supportable, and testable code.
- Follow software development lifecycle processes, coding standards, Agile/Scrum practices, and development best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building web services with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and microservices architecture.
- 8+ years of hands-on frontend web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and advanced JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS, and Bootstrap.
- Experience building SOAP and REST web services using Java and Spring or Spring Boot.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Sonatype Nexus, SQL, and databases such as DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Kafka, data messaging, event-driven systems, continuous integration and delivery, test-driven development, behavior-driven development, DevOps, and automation.
- Strong collaborative, communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and usability-focused skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
