Responsibilities

Build end-to-end components of Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications.
Develop and maintain enterprise-grade automation with strong security, performance, and resiliency.
Work with technology and business teams to identify challenges and apply Generative AI solutions.
Stay current with LLM models, APIs, orchestration patterns, and frameworks including Anthropic MCP, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
Own outcomes from prototype through production and conduct experiments that become working features.
Mentor junior developers and elevate engineering practices through shared tools, design patterns, and best practices.
Work in Agile methodology within cloud-based development environments such as Azure or AWS.
Perform other assigned duties and comply with organizational policies and standards.

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
At least five years of experience developing and deploying AI, NLP, or ML software systems.
Advanced understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases.
Expertise in full-stack development with a strong portfolio of enterprise-grade solutions.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
Mastery of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Deep familiarity with LLM prompting best practices and GenAI development.

Office-based work setting with extended hours during peak workloads or special projects/events.
No travel required.
