Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design tailored enterprise automation solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related technologies.
- Lead automation projects through discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, document scope, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Create and optimize business-process automations using Power Automate.
- Design, develop, and manage Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate automation solutions with Dataverse, Azure services, APIs, custom connectors, legacy applications, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and third-party services.
- Provide production support through problem identification, root-cause analysis, ticket documentation, issue resolution, and customer or vendor communication.
- Apply error handling, testing, documentation, monitoring, governance, security, and application lifecycle management best practices.
- Document projects and deliver presentations with minimal supervision while assessing risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of automation and AI development experience required.
- Strong technical expertise, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and process-improvement skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio, including chatbot authoring, trigger phrases, topics, entities, and external data and API integrations.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
- Familiarity with Power Fx, low-code expressions, and custom connectors.
- Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript, PowerShell, or C# is preferred.
- Experience with AI Builder, Copilot integrations, or Azure OpenAI services is preferred.
- Experience with UX/UI design for applications and chatbot experiences is preferred.
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management and DevOps practices for Power Platform is preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-900 are preferred.
- Ability to work in agile and cross-functional team environments.

- Annual base salary range of $70,000.00-$154,000.00, with eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan.

- Office-based workplace type, with specific work arrangements provided by the hiring team and possible flexibility for some positions.
