Responsibilities

Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications.
Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications.
Create documentation and procedures for software installation and maintenance.
Collaborate with users, developers, project managers, business analysts, project teams, and other stakeholders to deliver products and solutions on time.
Stay current with emerging technologies and programming languages.
Work with sensitive regulatory and formulation data and confidential or proprietary information.

At least 4 years of experience in software development, specifically application development engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or at least 7 years of application development or application engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby.
Familiarity with software development tools such as Git or Jenkins.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without now or in the future requiring employment visa sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder working within the United States for compliance with regulations including viewing ITAR formulations.
Preferred experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Unix Shell, and Jasper.
Preferred familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Confluence.

This is an onsite position at the Cleveland Headquarters office and is not hybrid or remote.
Employment includes a criminal-history review due to access to confidential information and the need to protect company operations and personnel.
