Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable single-page applications based on microservice architecture.
- Develop and maintain high-performance React and Spring Boot applications.
- Make technical decisions related to scalable, maintainable, and reliable system architecture.
- Design data models for relational and non-relational databases.
- Create comprehensive testing strategies and ensure strong code test coverage.
- Design monitoring and alerting solutions and provide production support.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, business teams, and internal and external stakeholders on end-to-end solutions.
- Apply coding best practices, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
- Mentor junior engineers using AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases and microservice architecture.
- Demonstrated experience designing large-scale, secure, high-traffic, and distributed software systems.
- Experience with cloud computing, preferably AWS.
- Experience with AI-assisted development practices and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and AWS Kiro.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Strong communication, teamwork, stakeholder collaboration, and ability to work across multiple time zones.
