Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Build custom Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.
- Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and platform problems.
- Perform code reviews and maintain Salesforce development standards.
- Support data migration and end-to-end integration activities.
- Implement Salesforce security controls including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies, and Field-Level Security.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, SIT, UAT, and production validation.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce development project experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and Lightning Experience.
- Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certification.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, development lifecycle, and best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce issues and optimizing performance.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
- Preferred experience managing CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce administration, Data Loader, data migration tools, and external-system or middleware integrations.
