Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain MCP servers, agentic infrastructure, and AI observability capabilities for the SDLC.
  • Audit and upgrade GitHub Actions dependencies and create reusable workflow templates.
  • Write and refactor Terraform modules for Artifactory repositories, RBAC policies, lifecycle rules, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Investigate, triage, and resolve GitHub, Artifactory, and CI/CD support tickets while maintaining team SLAs.
  • Evaluate and implement GenAI tools and agent frameworks to automate engineering workflows and build backend services.
  • Implement compliance tagging, secret push protection, and security guardrails against AI-era threats.
  • Create README files, starter repositories, and technical documentation for secure pipelines and AI tool integrations.
  • Participate in standups, engineering design sessions, and collaboration across distributed teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Foundational proficiency in Python or another modern programming or scripting language such as Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go.
  • Hands-on GitHub and command-line Git experience, including common branching, commit, merge, and pull request workflows.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, request/response flows, error logs, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach to supporting internal developers.
  • Curiosity, initiative, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn modern technologies and AI.
  • Preferred qualifications include exposure to AWS, Azure, Docker, container registries, S3, EC2, Lambda, YAML, GitHub Actions, Terraform, GenAI tools, LLM APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Cursor, Augment, Claude, package managers, JFrog Artifactory, software supply chain security, ticketing systems, customer support, peer tutoring, or IT helpdesk work.
