Base Salary
$220k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own iOS growth surfaces across installation, activation, onboarding, lifecycle messaging, conversion, retention, and paid upgrades.
- Lead end-to-end experiments from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation, analysis, rollout, and experimentation infrastructure.
- Build in-app purchase, paywall, billing, subscription, credit purchase, entitlement, pricing, and packaging experiences.
- Develop push notification, lifecycle messaging, targeting, timing, deep-linking, and retention measurement experiences.
- Partner with web, Android, product, design, data science, monetization, marketing, and mobile teams to create consistent cross-platform surfaces.
- Optimize app store performance, attribution, funnel metrics, paid conversion, retention, and habit formation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional mobile engineering experience shipping consumer iOS applications at meaningful scale.
- Strong native iOS skills with Swift, SwiftUI, or Objective-C and willingness to work across the stack when needed.
- Experience owning a complete mobile release cycle, including build and release tooling, phased rollouts, store review, crash and regression monitoring, and safe rollback.
- Ability to ship and evaluate multiple experiments and product improvements in parallel.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms such as Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely, or equivalent systems.
- Ability to pull, segment, and interpret funnel data and make data-informed product decisions.
- Strong product judgment, ownership, execution, initiative, and interest in adopting and learning AI products.
- Preferred experience includes growth or experimentation-heavy teams, in-app payments, mobile attribution and measurement, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, paid mobile acquisition, ASO, store listing experiments, localized metadata, backend or web development, and fast-growing startups.
