Responsibilities
- Design test strategies, test plans, quality metrics, and comprehensive automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases, test frameworks, and related documentation.
- Analyze applications to identify automation opportunities and track test requirement coverage.
- Drive adoption of engineering quality, test health, and release readiness metrics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and project managers to define quality requirements and execute test plans.
- Resolve technical issues related to identity and access platform components.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development or engineering experience using object-oriented frameworks and web technologies.
- At least 1 year of experience developing test automation for software applications.
- Expertise with Selenium, Playwright, or comparable end-to-end test automation frameworks.
- Experience testing frontend technologies including Blazor and React and backend technologies including C# and .NET.
- Experience with manual and automated API and UI testing.
- Experience developing and maintaining continuous integration and test pipeline tools such as Docker and Jenkins.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, Visual Studio IDE, Git, SOAP UI, Postman, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across remote and global teams.
- Preferred: knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
- Preferred: cybersecurity knowledge covering risk management, access controls, and secure coding principles.
