Responsibilities
- Oversee software development projects from start to finish.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Architect, develop, maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and improve software performance and functionality.
- Make technical decisions and collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and other PSI teams.
- Establish and oversee software development and code documentation processes.
- Participate in daily SCRUM activities and update SCRUM boards and tasks through completion.
- Stay current with technology trends and incorporate appropriate tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably on a Microsoft platform.
- At least 5 years of experience working with a DBMS such as SQL Server or similar.
- Knowledge of networking and software-defined networking in cloud environments.
- Experience with large-scale production systems.
- Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting new or existing software.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or imaging CRO setting.
