Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-level applications using various technologies.
- Lead small teams and mentor junior developers.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for clients across industries.
- Manage projects through the full software development life cycle.
- Explore and develop solutions using cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance client solutions and communicate their value.
- Present findings and solutions to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous learning and community service events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in technical leadership and project management.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to varied environments and balance multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
