Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software systems for specific project requirements or product lifecycle stages.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Develop scalable, maintainable customizations and support integration between software components.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong experience in software development and configuration within product lifecycle management environments.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for software interoperability.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
