Responsibilities
- Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within the development process.
- Design and implement automation test strategies and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Create comprehensive test plans and execute manual, automation, performance, API, accessibility, database, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and execute performance testing plans and scripts using JMeter.
- Create in-sprint automation coverage for sprint releases.
- Analyze test results, identify discrepancies and defects, document test cases, and prepare or review bug reports.
- Translate non-functional requirements into performance test cases.
- Coordinate with development and product owner teams and assist with root-cause analysis of defects.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support software quality improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst with a strong focus on automation and extensive end-to-end automation test design and creation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, BDD, BrowserStack, accessibility testing, and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with performance testing, load testing frameworks, performance test strategy, and JMeter.
- Experience with API testing using Testfully and Postman.
- Experience with Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, database testing, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
- Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, bug lifecycle management, software development lifecycle practices, and web development.
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
- B.Tech or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is mandatory.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and teaching skills.
