Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in pre-admission testing workflows and hospital operations to identify opportunities that improve efficiency for clinical staff.
- Collaborate with engineers and product management to define and refine product requirements.
- Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product.
- Engage customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
- Ensure a simple, rigorous, and engaging user experience.
- Mentor and support cross-functional engineering teammates.
- Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product engineering.
- Proven experience delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment.
- Hands-on full-stack experience with Python and TypeScript/React.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
- Systems-thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in ChatGPT, LLMs, and other generative AI technologies is a bonus.
- Health technology experience is a bonus.
