Base Salary
$150k - $281k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and validate software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new BCI functionalities.
- Iterate on software based on feedback from study participants.
- Mentor team members through code and design reviews.
- Write algorithms to decode brain activity.
- Design user experiences centered around brain control.
Requirements
- Strong experience with full-stack development; native app experience preferred.
- Knowledge of low latency concurrency programming, memory management, and networking.
- Fluent in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.
- Experience in architecting maintainable and reliable user-facing software applications.
- Evidence of delivering high-impact projects with clear metrics.
- Exceptional engineering abilities and understanding of engineering principles.
- Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
