Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and design of our solutions.
Design and implement using available technologies while learning new ones.
Design and implement medium to large size features while reducing the system’s tech debt.
Proactively support colleagues to achieve overall team success.
Champion the team processes, ensuring everybody understands the benefits and tradeoffs.
Make a positive impact on the whole team.

Take ownership of user-facing features from inception to release.

Proven extensive experience in at least one of the following languages: Ruby, Golang, C++ or Python.
Javascript/Typescript and React experience is highly valuable.
PostgreSQL knowledge is highly valuable.
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.) is highly valuable.
Automated Testing experience (TDD, BDD, etc.) is required.
Field experience with Agile Methodologies is preferred.
Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
