Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agents for operations and data science use cases.
- Develop AI/ML use cases including text classification and vector embeddings for structured or tabular data.
- Build scalable pipelines that integrate structured and unstructured data into AI systems.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
- Partner with business teams to translate use cases into functional AI solutions.
- Integrate generative AI applications into enterprise systems and workflows.
- Evaluate models for performance, cost, latency, and accuracy while supporting governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, preferably operations, business, or product analytics.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, or Mistral.
- Strong prompt engineering capabilities for real-world LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of TensorFlow and PyTorch, including model architecture, training, fine-tuning, and optimization.
- Expertise in RAG architectures and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and NLP concepts.
- Experience deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, with familiarity with APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
