Responsibilities
- Assess enterprise systems, business architecture, and active AI workstreams to identify gaps, redundancies, and high-leverage opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional discovery sessions and create prioritized roadmaps for AI/ML interventions.
- Evaluate AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and software engineering practices and recommend improvements.
- Architect and deliver production-quality full-stack AI applications using Python backends and JavaScript or Flutter frontends.
- Design context engineering strategies involving enterprise data, memory systems, tool outputs, prompt chaining, and LLM context windows.
- Own deployment lifecycles and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for LLM applications.
- Drive data quality, pipeline integrity, dataset governance, data validation, query optimization, and model input management.
- Establish monitoring and performance frameworks using tools such as AWS CloudWatch and track AI performance against business KPIs.
- Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, lead architectural discussions, and present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Deep production experience with DevOps and automation, including CI/CD tooling, deployment workflows, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proven ability to turn complex AI/ML concepts into scalable, production-grade systems.
- Strong experience with AI/ML technologies, full-stack application architecture, LLM context engineering, data engineering, and observability.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, shape architecture and strategy, and communicate complex solutions to varied audiences.
