Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural redesign and modernization of a large, multi-tenant legacy software application.
- Provide technical, thought, and people leadership while supporting the Lead Developer with complex technical issues.
- Develop technology roadmaps and strategies and design secure, scalable cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures.
- Migrate legacy multi-tenant applications to the cloud while maintaining security, uptime, and user experience.
- Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the SDLC and engage effectively with CIO- and CISO-level stakeholders.
- Ensure SLA/SLO attainment in accordance with the QASP.
- Mentor cross-functional development team members and keep multiple projects and tasks on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 11 years of Federal IT enterprise architecture experience, including Zero Trust and NIST.
- Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
- Hands-on expertise designing secure, scalable, multi-tenant cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures across infrastructure, data, workflows, automation, compliance, reliability, identity, and access.
- Expert-level English communication skills and organizational abilities with minimal supervision.
- High-level application development and cybersecurity certifications are strongly preferred.
- Experience with JCAM, eMASS, Xacta, Archer, or similar cybersecurity GRC tools is desired.
