$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own organization-wide architecture spanning multiple teams and AI Maestro platform components.
- Solve ambiguous business problems and define long-term technical strategy and scaling standards.
- Establish organization-wide standards for testing, AI-assisted code evaluation, security, and secure engineering practices.
- Define GenAI system design, evaluation, safety, incident response, and operational standards.
- Drive collaboration, code review culture, and technical decisions across teams without direct authority.
- Balance long-term technical vision with organizational business needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a record of organization-wide technical leadership.
- Experience defining architecture standards and technical strategy across multiple teams.
- Experience establishing engineering-wide standards for security, testing, and operational excellence.
- Deep expertise in GenAI/LLM system design, safety, evaluation, and organizational best practices.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive technical decisions without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and TOGAF 9 Certification are listed certifications.
