Responsibilities
- Set the standard for Product Team operations from discovery to infrastructure management.
- Transform undefined problems into executable plans with clear phases and KPIs.
- Engage with vendors and visit warehouses to understand industry mechanics.
- Own the technical execution of projects, balancing UI design and system architecture.
- Improve predictability and accelerate the Engineering Team's velocity.
- Integrate AI into workflows to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Ensure the health and reliability of production systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- A degree in Computer Science.
- Experience designing distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Strong interest in the fast-evolving field of AI.
- Preferred experience in leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience building SaaS or consumer marketplace products.
- Familiarity with FinTech products, Grails, Java/Spring, Angular or React, and RDBMS.
