Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major user-facing platform features from conception through production delivery.
- Build search and semantic discovery across billions of records.
- Develop Dossier views, dashboards, maps, networks, tables, workspaces, documents, automations, and mobile experiences.
- Create real-time collaborative experiences and AI-powered features with source transparency and trust.
- Optimize latency, interaction design, resilience, and overall product usability.
- Collaborate with design, product management, deployment teams, engineers, and users.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
- Professional or open-source experience shipping and iterating on production-grade user-facing software.
- Strong frontend fundamentals with React and TypeScript, plus comfort working full-stack.
- Ability to write robust, well-tested, well-designed production code.
- Understanding of how to architect and scale distributed software systems.
- Knowledge of modern software development best practices and ability to navigate large codebases.
- Located in San Francisco or Washington, D.C. and willing to work in the office four days per week.
Benefits
- Annual salary of $200,000–$275,000 plus benefits, equity if applicable, and bonus if applicable.
