Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications for data quality improvement, error remediation, and operational workflows.
- Translate operational and technical requirements into secure, scalable front-end interfaces and back-end services.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, system owners, law enforcement stakeholders, and technical teams to design mission solutions.
- Integrate automation, AI/ML components, and data-driven features into existing applications.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous integration and deployment activities.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues across the full technology stack while optimizing performance and availability.
- Produce and maintain system design artifacts, development procedures, technical documentation, and user guidance.
- Monitor emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices supporting the data quality mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or a qualifying combination of education and experience.
- At least eight years of full-stack development experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong web application portfolio.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java, and database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills focused on performance optimization.
- Certified Scrum Developer certification or another relevant agile certification is preferred.
- SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
