Base Salary

$107k - $261k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical initiatives addressing complex enterprise-wide problems while ensuring maintainability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, build, maintain, and operate business-critical enterprise-grade systems.
  • Deliver incremental, customer-focused releases and drive long-term improvements in simplicity and maintainability.
  • Collaborate across organizations to develop solutions meeting broad business needs.
  • Research, propose, and adopt leading-edge technologies.
  • Mentor colleagues and support continuous learning and engineering improvement.
  • Travel quarterly or as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering foundation in problem solving, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and concurrency.
  • Polyglot software engineering experience with more than one of C++, C#, Java, Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • At least 6 months of experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
  • Experience shipping and operating large-scale systems through full-stack development.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database management systems such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems end-to-end in production.
  • Experience with modern front-end technologies including React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • 7–10 years of work experience.
  • Preferred experience with asynchronous event-based architectures, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, application and performance monitoring platforms such as New Relic, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification preferred.
  • Clear communication, problem solving, decision making, collaboration, teamwork, growth mindset, and execution skills.
