Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet business and quality requirements.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability decisions.
- Develop complex features, enhance existing functionality, and deliver high-quality software.
- Create proof-of-concepts and identify solutions to improve digital ecosystem performance.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Provide expert support for complex issues, including root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, business leaders, and IT leaders to drive delivery excellence.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.
- Support adoption of new technologies and tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and code quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with enterprise solution delivery in large-scale distributed software design environments.
- 5+ years of Java development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile-based development environment.
- 2+ years of Agentic AI or Generative AI experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, Oracle, NoSQL databases, full-stack development, user-facing applications, and health and wellness domains.
- Preferred understanding of Generative AI concepts including NLP, text generation and summarization, conversational AI, and chatbots.
- Ability to create scalable roadmaps, learn emerging cloud and IT technologies, and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
