Responsibilities

Lead architecture and development teams delivering impactful end-to-end solutions for complex client challenges.
Shape and communicate architectural strategies across application, business, and integration domains.
Advise senior client stakeholders and translate technical insight into business value.
Lead business development initiatives, including pre-sales, proposal development, client engagement, and trusted relationship building.
Help shape and launch new service propositions and drive strategic business growth.
Coach and mentor team members while supporting knowledge-sharing and career development.
Build and expand senior stakeholder networks within specialist sectors to support long-term client partnerships.

Proven experience leading architecture and development teams delivering complex solutions.
Strong understanding of the defence sector and experience across areas such as banking, insurance, payments, or wealth management.
Experience shaping and communicating architectural strategies across multiple domains.
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate technical concepts as business value.
Track record of contributing to business development, pre-sales, proposal development, and client engagement.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling tools such as UML and ArchiMate.
Awareness of emerging trends and technologies.
Established senior stakeholder network within a specialist sector and ability to develop long-term client relationships.
