Responsibilities
- Create and assure key architecture artefacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, and High Level Designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams as a lead subject matter expert to define vision and establish architectural guardrails.
- Support senior leaders in shaping cases for change, leading cost estimation and detailed planning.
- Work according to agile best practices across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Use technical skills to solve client problems while contributing to internal projects.
- Participate in client-focused technical and competency interviews during the assessment process.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams delivering applications and services.
- Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
- Confident operation across architectural domains with specialization in at least one of Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, problem solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Certifications in appropriate methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Experience across leading vendors such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, and Salesforce is of interest.
