Base Salary
$108k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
- Translate product requirements, user workflows, and designs into intuitive, reusable, and maintainable user interfaces.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate front-end applications with APIs, microservices, and enterprise data services.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, development standards, troubleshooting, and mentoring developers.
- Support development, testing, CI/CD, and release activities while improving application performance, usability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required; a polygraph is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including significant hands-on experience with modern web applications, React.js, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, component-based development, Git, and modern front-end build and development practices.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems independently and collaborate with engineers, product owners, UX professionals, and mission stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes TypeScript, Redux or other state-management approaches, automated front-end testing, modern React frameworks and libraries, AWS, containerized or cloud-hosted environments, GitLab, automated software delivery, GEOINT or intelligence mission systems, and developer mentoring.
