Responsibilities
- Build and implement serverless components using Python, AWS CDK, OpenSearch Serverless, API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Own end-to-end implementation of serverless architectures with embedded authentication and authorization patterns.
- Implement identity and access solutions using JWTs, OAuth, Lambda authorizers, CRL validation, and JWKS validation.
- Apply deep hands-on Amazon OpenSearch and OpenSearch Serverless expertise as the primary focus of the role.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with Amazon OpenSearch and OpenSearch Serverless.
- Strong Python and AWS CDK development proficiency.
- Experience with AWS serverless services including API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Hands-on identity and access engineering experience with JWTs, OAuth, and Lambda authorizers.
- Experience with certificate and token validation using CRLs and JWKS.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication, independent problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
