Base Salary
$99k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cloud-based security architectures for mission-critical Intelligence Community systems.
- Support documentation, validation, assessment, and accreditation processes for IT systems.
- Assess compliance with information assurance and security requirements and analyze organizational risk thresholds.
- Advise leaders and clients on security objectives, doctrine, procedures, and standards.
- Evaluate applications and software for adherence to software assurance best practices.
- Research and recommend tools and capabilities across on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid environments.
- Implement cloud security tools, architectures, and processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and administering cloud environments and using cloud-native, commercial-off-the-shelf, government-off-the-shelf, and open-source tools.
- Experience with security architecture evaluations, guidance development, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with the Risk Management Framework.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph examination.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification, such as SecurityX, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP, within 30 days of starting.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 CSSP-Infrastructure Support certification, including CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND, within 30 days of starting.
- Preferred qualifications include SDLC experience, cloud technology experience, knowledge of multicloud governance and automation, and strong leadership, client relationship, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
