Base Salary
$167k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable, reusable software using sound software engineering architecture and development practices.
- Partner with developers and product owners to understand requirements and own code through design, implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design extensible software that allows customers to customize functionality for their needs.
- Design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
- Apply AI thoughtfully to developer needs, work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React.
- Working knowledge of IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix/system administration tools.
- Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Windsurf or Cursor is preferred.
- Strong analytical, design, coding, and software engineering skills.

- Base pay of $166,500 - $291,400, plus equity when applicable, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
